  • This warranty excludes roof tear-off, metal work, flashing & disposal expenses of defected shingles. After 10 yrs. it is pro-rated coverage.
• We provide extended manufacturer warranty coverage with our SureStart PLUS Protection.
• We have the highest coverage,  offering the 4-STAR Protection for manufacturer defects up to 50 yrs. for residential homes and 25 yrs. for commercial buildings. All tear-off & install labor expenses covered, disposal, and materials.
• Fully transferable within 12 yrs.
• Upon completion, we register customers with CertainTeed to receive a certificate directly from the manufacturer to keep on file as a guarantee of their coverage.
